elementary school students are charged a child fee. From middle school
students, people get charged an adult fee.
Operation Time
It opens at 7:30 a.m. every day, but the closing time is
not the same every day. Usually it closes at 11:00 p.m., but sometimes it ends 9 or
10 o’clock.
How to get there?
Ocean World is located in the countryside, so it is
difficult to get there. Even when you drive a car, the fuel price costs a lot.
Therefore, Ocean World provides a shuttle bus service. To use the shuttle bus
service, you have to reserve on the Internet until 5 o’clock the day before the departure. There are many buses which can take
you from many regions in the metropolitan area to Ocean World. The buses leave
very early in the morning (about 6:30a.m.), so you can enjoy all day in Ocean
World and come back to home safely by using the bus.
Ocean World has
three main zones. There is an indoor zone, extreme zone and dynamic zone. The
indoor zone consists of a wave pool, running water pool, and aqua playground
for kids, etc. Therefore, in the indoor zone, people of all ages can have fun
in the water, so the family can enjoy their time together. The extreme zone is
famous especially for the young. The dynamic zone was newly constructed in 2009, and has the longest water slide in the world. Also, there are some rides
which allow up to six people to ride together.
